SLOW FOOD BEAUMONT

Slow Food Beaumont strives to build community and a sense of place by promoting our regional cuisine and the enjoyment of shared food.  We link community organizations, food establishments, food producers, and citizens together in order to increase the demand for fresh, local, and fair food. We also want to expand access to good and nutritious food for everyone, and to instill a sense of community and civic pride in the city of Beaumont. We are working to improve our quality of life by promoting the pleasure and conviviality that go with eating good food.
